Li Yeqing, PhD, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1964 in Linwu, Hunan Province, started working in July 1984. He is a member of the CPC,   a senior engineer, and currently serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee and CEO of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd., as well as the Executive Vice President the 6th Council of the China Building Materials Federation.
