Chen Guoqing, male, Han Nationality, was born in September 1961, started working in August 1983, and joined the CPC in September 1994. He majored in inorganic material science and engineering and graduated with a bachelor's degree and now is a Senior Engineer. Currently serving as the Deputy Party Secretary and Senior Vice President of the China Building Materials Federation.
