Zhang Guangpei, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1962. He started working in July 1982 and joined the Communist Party in December 1988. He majored in automation and graduated with a bachelor's degree and now is a Senior Engineer. Currently serving as a Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee，Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection and Chief Supervisor of the China Building Materials Federation.
